After a cataclysmic year, luxury brands are anxiously hedging predictions for a comeback. Online sales, which topped 49 billion USD worldwide in 2020, were at the same time a saving grace and an indicator of what's to come for the sector, one that is grappling with evolving customer demographics and patterns of consumption. In the midst of a global recession, ripe with external shocks, we explored the opportunities for the future of luxury businesses in the global marketplace.
