Louis Fabregas

Mr. Fabregas is a Managing Director and Founder of Vendôme Global Partners, a New York-based strategic Mergers & Acquisitions advisory services firm focused on the Luxury, Beauty and Premium Branded Consumer sectors on a global basis.

 

With a 30 year career of successfully advising Luxury, Branded Consumer, Food & Beverage and Retail clients around the world, Louis founded Vendôme Global Partners and is a Managing Director at the firm.

Before founding Vendôme, Mr. Fabregas served as a Director of Corporate Finance North America at BNP Paribas and previously, as a Senior Vice President in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney. Prior to joining Citigroup, he was a Senior Associate in the Valuation and Corporate Finance Advisory Group of Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Fabregas has over 30 years of experience originating and executing domestic and cross-border buy and sell-side M&A transactions with a focus on the Luxury, Branded Consumer, Food & Beverage and Retail sectors.

Mr. Fabregas has provided Mergers & Acquisitions services to a variety of global corporations including: Birks, Carrera y Carrera, Colomer, Estée Lauder, JAKKS Pacific, L’Oréal, Le Creuset, Markor Home Furnishings, Mattel, Nabisco Holdings, Newell Rubbermaid, Nu Skin Enterprises, Pernod Ricard, Swarovski and VF Corporation, among others.  

Mr. Fabregas received an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business, New York University and a B.S. in finance and banking, cum laude, from the University of Bridgeport.
